Oakwood Ave Grand Bend
While we were working on the lake side cottage in Grand Bend, we were approached by a neighbour to do some work in the area.
This other house was not a lakeside cottage. The client wanted to add 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms in the basement and the other one in the third level. In the third level we removed an existing laundry room and installed the bathroom in there.
We did the entire plumbing for both bathrooms, including the draining, the venting and the waterline. As you can see in the photos below, we installed moisture resistant drywall, schluter membrane and porcelain tiles.
For the bathroom in the basement, we recommended to the client to have the entire floor slopped into the shower drain.
