This project near the Dufferin Mall started as an emergency call. There were carpenter ants on the roof eating the structure of the back of the house slowly. We had to act quickly.

We removed the structural walls on both levels and installed new framing, windows, siding, floors, electrical and plumbing. It was a delicate project but we took care of it with no issues.

This was an existing client of ours. We had done work on this house before multiple times. We finished the basement on a previous visit.
